HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON VMS SHOP?

  1. Choose a product from the sidebar navigation menu.
  2. Select your piece, color and/or size (if applicable). Click ‘Add to Cart’. Once done with your shopping, you may Check Out.
  3. Proceed as guest checkout.
  4. To complete your order, enter your address details, email or phone number, and payment method. Once confirmed, we will carefully prepare and deliver your package to you.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, all you need is an email or phone number and delivery address. You can order as a guest. 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are currently delivering only in Kuwait. For regional and international orders you may contact us by telephone or email.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery in Kuwait can take up to 48 hour and for Express shipping orders the delivery will complete with in 24 hour. For international orders, tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be provided.

WHAT IS THE RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

We offer a return policy for any unused items within 14 days of the delivery date. We will be unable to process exchange if the product has been used, damaged and/or missing its original packaging.
